Mostly, most of the organizations need to create documents with discuss on their opinion, and a good suggestion (John Wiley and Sons, 1997).
Besides that, a good power point presentation is important for brings an effectiveness of message delivery too, because it can bring a clearly information by using the words with short form and images. The most important is how presenter bring a clearly information by effectiveness way and with a good power point slide.
Based on Zane L Marquez , 2010, & Wendy Russell said that, to make a good PowerPoint presentation, you have to:
• Use the key point about your topic
• Slide layout- make a slide that easy to read and follow, remember put a clear title on each slide and make sure the words and background are clear for audience, so that your audience does not get difficultly to read.• Limit the number of slide, people will get bored or tiring when reading too many slides on your presentation.
• Put some graphic or images to grab the attention.
• Speak and explain clearly about your topic.
• Give opportunity to ask
For the design of my group’s reading summary presentation slides, we have to improve on sharing our opinion to the audience, because our idea is important to support on our discussion. Besides that, we lack of graphic and images on our slide. As we know, images are the best way to grab and attract the interest of the audience.

In addition, the style of the words and our explanation are not suitable for a good presentation slide, Reep (2006, pg. 154) indicates that written cues help readers find specific information quickly. Lastly, the way we put the title are totally wrong, because title is an important starting point for audience to start their reading on a document, so , we have to make sure the title is put on the top of the slide.
